1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the KAASS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to register
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
One account per person — multiple registrations are prohibited
KAASS reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

3. Dealer Listings

Dealers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their vehicle listings
All listed vehicles must be legally owned or authorised for sale by the Dealer
KAASS does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing information
Fraudulent or misleading listings will result in immediate account termination
KAASS acts as a marketplace platform and is not a party to any vehicle transaction

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the platform
Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAASS Services Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
