Platform Role
KAASS Services Ltd operates as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and dealers. We are not a party to any vehicle transaction conducted through the platform. All sales are directly between the buyer and the Dealer.
Vehicle Purchases
Returns and refunds for vehicle purchases are governed by the agreement between the buyer and the individual Dealer. We recommend:
- Inspecting the vehicle in person before purchase
- Reviewing the Dealer's own returns policy before completing a purchase
- Retaining all documentation relating to the transaction
- Contacting the Dealer directly for any post-purchase issues
Platform Subscription Fees
If KAASS charges Dealers a listing or subscription fee, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Contact billing@kaass.co.uk to raise a refund request.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK legislation.
